Everyone has the rights to express their views and opinions but
just as you know, I was having my dinner with my friends at that
mentioned restaurant; Giraffe, on the very day. I witnessed the
whole situation from the beginning till it ended and when I saw the
complaints in two different forums, I am really shock and upset.
They actually bother to go all ways to please them(which is a rare
sight nowadays in this industry) but was being put down till such
extend and with such poor command of english used. It's an insult
to people like us. They simply treated us; people in F&B
service industry, like some kind of 3rd/4th or even lower class
citizens. Just because they are the customers.
No matter how abusive customers are, we still have to smile. Even
they use vulgarities or even slam tables. Maybe you have no idea
how it is like to be treated in that way. You need to be in it, to
know it. No wonder the service standards drop so much since the
past years. No one is keen in this anymore. Even if they have the
passion, they may not have the tolerance level to put up with the
customers we are getting nowadays.
