Nothing wrong with that, HongKong can reach the status they have
achieved becos they are open, they welcome foreinger.
Just look at the garment business, HK dont manufacture(they used
to, but not anymore), and the garments are meant to sell in US/EU
retail market, but there are so many foreigners doing garment
business in HK. Especially indians, many of them have trading
company in HK, place order to china or other poor countries, and
supply to EU/US clients.
Go to HK and you will see that beside HKer and PRCs, you see many
foreigners, and even foreigners than became a local there. (Don't
be suprised to see a Caucassian/Indian speaks very good cantonese
to others HK ppl)
Why ppl choose to go there and why HKer dont whine and want to
throw them out? Becos HK govt welcome them, HK ppl accept the
challenge too.
