i don't think our govt hospital is that bad. In fact a friend
was recently discovered by the govt doctor that he had been wrongly
diagnosed as having some kind of arthritis by a private specialist.
Not only did he paid a tidy sum to the private specialist, his
physical well being was harmed. The drugs he took caused liver
damage (thank god it was the beginning stage) and severe hair
loss.
You should stop being bias and stop imaging things, things might
not be as bad as you think.
