and bomb from the air and arty ... more likely... and now
anything that moves in South Lebanon. why don't you say that the
Hezbollah were putting a strong resistance to invasion ?
Lebanon lost more civilians because Hezbollah allowed the
Lebanese civilians to stand between the Hezbollah fighters and the
Israeli army.
But I had the impression that Israel doesn't care about
civilians.. everthing done wrong was a 'Mistake'. Which war does
not have civilians in their midst ?
Why didn't the Israeli army just flatten the villages with her
superior air power instead of sending ground troops to flush out
the enemy, suffering heavy casualties in the process?
Haven't you heard .. they nearly did that, because they thought
that by doing more collaterial damage the Lebanese will raise up
against the Hezbollah. And the war will be swift.
They only decided to send troops because bombing doesn't seemed to
stop the rockets and Israel have to take some ground and of course,
the 30 km buffer zone they always wanted.
The probable reason is there are still many civilians in those
villages. Family members of the Hezbollah fighters
They must all die.. then again, doesn't the Israeli's northern
town have family members of the IDF ?
, perhaps. Flattening those villages will be bad publicity
It's already that bad...
