perhaps, but the minority consitutes almost a third of the
voting populace and respect should also be given to their wishes
for a fairer democratic process. if wishes of 2/3 majority and
wishes of 1/3 minority are both granted in the same relative
proportions, we would not have just 2 seats out of 81 seats in the
parliament ... 27 should've been a fairer number ... if respect had
been proportional ...
