Also, just to add, a leader who is highly capable would not be
effective if his or her team is weak. Likewise, a tyrant with
strong team members would not be optimal either.
The point that I am trying to bring across is that, there is only
one post of leadership. More importantly, there must be a strong
team with a capable-enough leader and strong team members. How can
a pyramid stand with a remarkable peak and weak bricks below?
