I doubt if the Russian MAFIA can outperform the
'elected' Singapore MAFIA in moving NATIONAL RESERVES in any
LEGITIMATE WAY from Country to Country - without questions asked by
any other Government 
No sir, we don't have mafia in Singapore, you have lots of mafia
in Hong Kong, China, Japan, USA and Taiwan.
Anyway those Russian mafias are definitely smarter than our whiners
who think they are so great.
