I have nothing against any religion or beliefs but I'm going to
relate an experience I had with the NPP and Town Councils.
One of the resident in my block will on some occasions burn incense
paper and mind you, not one or two stacks but stacks that can form
a honeycomb low wall. The bloody thing is that he placed them just
next to the water mains where the meter was. Worst of all the
burning take place always at midnight.
The next morning the corridors, balconies of the units in level 2,
4, 6 and 8 (masionette) will have ashes all over. The wall, water
mains showed clearly burnt marks and when I made a police report,
guess what, the NPP says it's the Town Council's problem,
wtf!
I went to the town council and yes, you guessed it. They said make
a police report. WTF! Both the agencies try to push their
responsibilities. The impression is they have to catch them in the
act and in this case nothing they can do about, wtf!. Put it
indirectly, until death is reocrded then they will response. WTF!
