There is NOTHING easy, or clean about killing another fellow
human.
Only nature kills a person cleanly; eg, cardiac arrest.
Besides road accidents, all known execution techniques will create
some degree of mess as the encumbent expires. In Lethal injection,
some tended to soil themselves as all organs fails, so feces,
urine, and regurgitation expells almost synchronized. In hanging,
although the head is hooded over, the mess is inside the hood.
Decapitation is by far the messiest, needless to say, blood spews
in every direction including stomach contents. In the gas chamber,
poisoning causes the person to convulse violently, and foam
excessively from the mouth. In electrocution, the person's blood
boils and bleed from every opening around the head, as a high
charge of electricity is applied through his body. All, very messy
and undignified way to go.
Sometimes, I think God gave us humans enough intelligence to think,
but not enough to solve our problems just so He can sit back and
watch us struggle with ourselves. Perhaps one mellenium to Him is
one minute?
