won argue with you on this. withholding pay is certainly a
breach of contract. Unless the particular contractor is going
bankrupt or do not mind his work permit quota being cancelled,
there are ways to sort this out. As for accommodation, is it
construction sites, quarters, hostels, what amenities, there are
local standards and some are poor but there is much freedom of
movement. what is acceptable?? tell me.
go and do something concrete for the poor workers, help out in
the safe heaven, donate your money, lips service is no use, stupid
or smart.
