If you want to migrate to Malaysia or Indonesia, it is no big deal.
I am sure it will be an easy process as they welcome you with open
arms. If you want to migrate to developed countries it is not as
easy. They will want you to have the relevant degree and working
experiences. That is not easy. For example if you are a very good
logistic manager it may not be easy for you to migrate as not every
developed country need such talents. Either you forget about such
countries or you change your profession to fit into what they want.
If you are changing your profession, you may need to study and
build up your resume again. That is what I am doing now and it is
lots of effort. And we have not talk about the other half
yet.
How much more condescending can you be ?
Is it such a "BIG" deal in this age of globalisation ?
Is it a " BIG DEAL " if the immigration process becomes more
difficult ?
Do you think that Malaysia, or Indonesia, or any Third World
Country will not jealously guard new migrants into their country as
much as the developed countries or the First World ?
Are you suggesting that Third World Countries such as Malaysia or
Indonesia are less stringent, and make it less difficult for
someone or anyone to migrate into their population ?
What makes you think that by the time you graduate with a new
degree - so as to be accepted - that such a degree will remain to
be acceptable by the First World countries ?
Either one pay a migrant's fee in a lump sum, or if one do not have
ready cash, one can still enter a country on a Student's Visa, or
on a Student's Guardian Visa, which allows one to get a job, and
eventually to be absorbed into the community as a Permanent
Resident.
Despite your views of the situation in Singapore, there are some
citizens from the First World, who find Singapore attractive, and
have decided to become Singaporeans !!!
With Singapore's immigration policy being so tough towards
foreigners to enter Singapore (especially those without skills and
from the Third World), and by your standards, Singapore should be a
dream place for migrants to come.
Why are you leaving ?
:
Whether you are all-talk no action or an action man doesn't matter
much to me as long as it doesn't affect my chance of migrating.
Also as stated in my previous message, I am doing my last bit for
Singapore by trying to encourage people to take
actions.
How clever of you to do your last bit for Singapore by "starting
a Fire, then scoot off to a First World Country" , while the
Singaporeans who believe in you and take "concrete actions " remain
to face the " music " ?
Do you think that after " instigating " the
"all-talk-and-no-action" forumites to take concrete actions, the
after effects will not affect you and your chances of migrating
?
:
Every smoker knows that smoking is harmful and can result in lung
cancer. But only those who take action to quit smoking will have
their chance of having cancer reduced.
Only the non-smokers will believe in you, while those smokers -
who knows what is good for themselves - will not !
Do you know that those who have smoked and quit smoking SUDDENLY
will die sooner, while those who begin a regimented program to
reduce smoking in a " slow and steady withdrawal approach " will
have some chance of living longer than those who believe in
"IMMEDIATE RESULTS through IMMEDIATE ACTIONS" by stopping to smoke
completely and suddenly ???!!!
You ought to know that you CAN still be striken with CANCER,
whether you smoke or not, and this include lung cancer as
well.
