IMO... when we marry a girl ...we also marry their friends and relative..is a whole package (cant imagine myself mixing around with a group of pple of differnet culture and language .... and the vital thing about marriage is communication .. Anyway. Singapore woman is smart. But the thing is this. She will divorce you anytime anywhere. And She will go to family court and file divorce with you. Expect you to give half of your assents even she don't pay for it.

I think The women charter also apply to foreign bride married in SG, Guess the above $$$ situation would apply to all... regardless of Nationality of your bride. Heard of the Xiao Long Nu thing .. Some time ago a vietnam bride in Taiwan beat up the husband and killed the mother in law. I think there are absolute truth that foreign women are more subservient

For those SG guys who are eligible will never understand the foreign bride thingy ... My ex colleague married a China girl he was already 40 when tie the knot..

This Fren of mine is short , plump, NTC 3 , earn $1600.. do you think any local girl will fall for him.. saw him yesterday with his wife.. I cant say she is a ravishing beauty .. but she looks decent and sweet.. she is only 22 years old... I do not know whether they will be happy a few years down the road.. but they certainly look blissful together holding hand yesterday .. envious me..
