Not sure if the Singapore opposition requires graduate members
or rich members.
A few things Singaporeans can be sure of though, are:
- University fees (especially for locals) will go up
- Loan interest rates (after graduation) will go up
- Housing costs will go up
- Living expenditure will go up
- Election deposit fees will go up
Unless there is a major upheaval in the future that affects the
entire world, the cost of almost everything is boung to go up. And
without opposition to check the government policies, they will go
up even faster than the average Singaporean paycheck (if it ever
rises). Singaporeans would have to work more to settle bread and
butter issues. Inevitably it becomes a never-ending vicious
cycle... well actually it has already become a vicious
cycle.
