Tripwire's right, theres usually an FPDA ADEX around this time
of year.
The Bugs are Aussie, confirmed by a friend working around the Ubi
area who saw a checkered design on their tails, which from my
knowledge is RAAF 75Sqn, the RAAF unit attached to the FPDA's
IADS.
From what I've picked up from Flight International, the first RSAF
Apache is to be delivered in June, not to Singapore, but to Fort
Rucker, Alabama for training.
