I foresee a rationalisation of bus routes in Tuas, Singapore when the Tuas West MRT stations open.

46 extend to Tampines East via Tampines Ave 5/4.

3 extend via Tampines Ave 4, Tampines Ave 5, Simei Ave, Xilin Ave, Changi Sth Ave 1, all the way to CBP Bus Terminal.

Svc 3 to CBP. funny ah. Svc 3 alrdy quite long in tampines alrdy. svc 20 can do the job instead of looping, it can end at CBP

if can LTA provide a bus service from toa payoh to punggol direct. maybe extend 159 or 163 or 88 to pass by there also extend back 506 to changi air port or changi business park terminal.

Wah ever since 123 gets extended to sentosa so many suggestions to sentosa, as if sentosa can fit so many of the buses hahaha...

Hi mr AJQZC, no need direct Punggol to bedok. Cannot expect everything direct. Currently 3/34/118 (each bus serves different parts of Punggol) to TPE stop to transfer to 168 is more than good enough. Cheers. Thanks.

You can go Sengkang and transfer to 87, sure get a seat one to go Bedok. Sengkang is the next nearest, and compared to that, there is also combining of Sengkang and Punggol together.

Actually not needed.

MRT is the fastest to Clementi.

Even you were to suggest to ply along SK, HG, AMK, there is always a bus service that goes to Clementi.

That one I don't know. Punggol needs 2 services to CBD and Jurong East (1 for CBD and 1 for Express service to Jurong East)

There is premium services to CBD, MRT just a transfer at Douby or Chinatown.

I don't really see a need for a service to Jurong East. LTA's new routes as seen is now shorter.

Confirmed with opening dates: DTL3 opening; Changi Airport T4 route changes as well as new route 110

Likely to occur by end of the year: SBS service 71; "Kampong Bahru" Bus Terminal; SBS moving and taking full control of seletar depot (together with a carnival?)

Unconfirmed: TS3 & TS6; New Tuas Ter; Other new bus routes; DTL rationalisation

Quick check for the remaining 2 more months:

DTL3, T4 opening and New Tuas Ter, and their respective routes amendments are up and running.

So we are still left with SBST 71, kampong bahru ter, and retirement of a huge fleet of old buses (DM3500, O405Gs etc). I got a feeling that these would happen in Dec, and Nov would be a rather quiet month, coz of the major happenings that happened this month.

Speculated: TS3 to start in Dec, and idk if SBS will be holding a "carnival" or not for their seletar depot, like how the other previous 2 packages did?

Anyways, pertaining to kampong bahru ter, it would be quite interesting too, as there could be potential changes to 1. the CT directs: would they be withdrawn (CT18)? Would they be renumbered? Would they be extended/amended to a great extent? Or would there be minimal changes; and 2. 120-122. Heard frm many that their loadings are low to moderate, i wonder if there would be major amendments too?

121 loading is high between Tiong Bahru and Telok Blangah. The other stretch to NBR is low.

120 and 122 are terrible...

But I don't expect any changes on 121 and 122. At most it's only 120 that could possibly be amended because it would lose the link to Outram Park MRT.
