Perm Training buses is not hard to find,Find those ever involved
in an accident or the one which engine CMI I'm sure thats what most
operators do.
It doesn't seem that way when the 11 volgrens were picked for
perm training back in 2014 back then.(TIB958U TIB963D-TIB965Z in
2016 were the odd ones to get converted last)
When SMB191S got converted to L-plate to replace TIB830D back
then in April I don't think it's due to engine conditions but more
on a FIFO basis.
Let time tell who gets converted but if 202U is missing without
cameo-ing around then it's clear where it ended up.
