Now we knew why SMRT only orders 101 Alexander Dennis Enviro 500.I guaranteed this will be a sucessful trial and probably they will order at least 150 units...

Even a bus can do a cross depot service.. E.g. SMB5013R (KJDEP) on 969.. SMB5031M (AMDEP) on 67.. SMB321J (KJDEP) on 969..

fully agree with u. i myself prefer oc to a22. oc has less noise really.... and a22 seating is as cramp as citaro(back part)

Sorry uh, but as much as I like the OC, it is not a contender against the A22 in terms of noise..

969 moved from full WLDEP to full AMDEP (some duties ONP at Loyang) on last Sept.

And I remember that was the day when those new B2 A95s that were parked at Loyang started running on the roads.

My friends driving 854/969 says that almost half of the A95 gone missing replaced by worn down terrible O405Gs that would breakdown anytime soon.Amdep keep on pampering ex Wldep svc like 169,856,965 & 966 with those B2 A95s

Since 856 is not WAB certified yet, I feel that SMRT should just deploy the old bendies there instead. 854 should really focus on more WAB buses especially during the weekday peak hours (off peak hours still doing fine so far).

As for the WAB feeders, I wonder what are the future depolyment plans ahead once the old bendies go off. Is either SMRT introduce DDs to feeders or spam more rigids. Yishun side may get DDs once they go under whichever Seletar operator takes over.

Its like asking AMDEP and WLDEP to take DAF and KJDEP and WLDEP to equally have Dennis Lance last time and then the depot will all have and equal amount of fleet but maintanence wise bz sia

Bro,Do you know that WLDEP can troubleshoot OCs even though they don't have that model when AMDEP & KJDEP cannot find the breakdown code error?

Once Mandai integrated bus depot is ready, I believe AMDEP (SMRT) controlled fleets and all the different ONP locations will move and centralize there. By then the Sembawang-Yishun package will be up for tender as well.

And who knows, SMRT AMDEP HQ may close down by then.
