The only thing I wanna say is you should not have bought her a ring. This is too fast a move for a guy to approach the gal in this way. Strange, dunno why she accepted.

Losers are guys who like the gals and yet dare not approach the gals. They only admire, stare and ogle at the gals they like. These people simply love to behave like losers, dunno why! I guess you'll need to know if she's attached or not.

If married, you can then try to cast away your feelings for her.

If attached, you still stand a slight chance, but don't throw in too much hopes.

If unattached, by all means, let your feelings to her be known to her.

You have to try, otherwise, you'll be stagnant.

Well...if i'll you, i'll at least make one more attempt to ask her out (Not during festive days, i.e. New Year Eve/New Year)...at least out for a coffee/tea, need not neccessary be a dinner...Purpose is not to tell her how much you like her, but to understand her & see if can build a communication with her.

You need to give yourself a chance to try your luck since it's been 5yrs already.

*Touchwood* Should this doesn't work out, you should try to meet up with more friends and to borden yourself & understand females more. (Though it's very hard to understand females, but at least, understand abit wouldn't hurt.)
