mother: tell her when i need things, sponsor me abit. she say i save myself. everyday i eat in sch or starve n not eat also not enough.

tell her i wanna work. she say dont work, if not no pocket money at all and she will force me stay at home.

always tell me what she wan me to do, not wad i wan even if it sounds reasonable.

gf: doesnt really care about me, just her work n nth else, always get angry when i m depressed.

well cancel out suicide. it is against the law and its not worth because i cannot see more of the world. however, i feel very depressed. it has affected my self esteem too.

Teach tuition also can.. Don't tell your parents loh.
can't u talk to your dad about it. btw which year are u in uni?

I don't know what btw u and ur gf so im not gg to comment on it.
Don't expect her to be always there for you to listen to you.
She also has to have her own time and do her stuffs.

about my gf, quite true. i will not brood too much about her.

Secretly? it is hard to secretly find a job. i can talk to my dad, he is very understanding but i feel that my mother is the head of the family and it is hard for my father to make decisions. my mother is stingy as to the amount of money she gives me. my dad understands and he is willing to give me what i need. i do not ask for much, not having things most teens have. i am simple and dress simply. i eat simple dishes. all i ask for is something special once in a blue moon and the request gets rejected.

they think that bringing me holidays would make me happy. in fact i feel obliged to go holidays with them. it is what makes them happy not me,. i have to follow them around and it is a chore as compared to when i go out with my frens, and i spend lesser.

Tuition assignment is not hard to find. You just need to look through the newspaper and register yourself as tutor. Online resources also got.

U can tell them u DON'T want to GO. Just insist that and make out some excuses. How old are you already ? Even if they kick you out for not gg holiday with them, you also can survive.

they like to play with my emotions. say book alrd waste money la. but i prefer they dont spend 1.5k on me, then i take 100 dollars spend over 1 week. save money, i happy also what. they cannot understand.

i have a job for you actually.. its a warehouse that im working in at boonlay for part time to kill time through the hols.packaging job. you might wanna consider? i have friends working there with me but im willing to give my time to you bro.

i just broke with my girl too,real sad but the job really takes my mind off her most of the time...and it can build your stamina and strength quite abit sometimes. its like you are at a dead end with an endless ceiling.but im sure the good ol peeps of this forum and other relatives/friends of yours can break that ceiling and rescue you.its not the end of the world..you still have many years to live on and start your own family maybe Very Happy just get loads of your time occupied like go to lan shops for gaming or pick up a random sport! and you can always call helplines on the sticky help lines of auntagony or me!i have loads of stories to share with you. just rmb,.. if there's a will , there's a way.

thank you for your kind offer. my situation is that i am currently schooling and that i hope to work during the feb-april hols. i cannot work now due to packed sch schedules and that i am recuperating from an operation.

i would like to gain my first working experience but i have a lack of options due to my current situation. given that i am better, i would definitely work!

u are quite a sensitive person. Maybe sometime too sensitive and emotionally dependent on others ?

U say u are not happy. Tell them straight in the face if they want you to be happy, give you what you want and not what they want.

Insist and stand on your ground. Don't go. Remember you have a choice ultimately.

Btw don't look down on tuition job. U can learn alot about yourself too.

haha i appreciate all your help. i have been playing sports and injured myself badly, that is why i went through the operation. i hope that i am able to work and enjoy rather than to earn money. my parents prefer i idle around while they provide me money.

dude that might not be true,.. anyway sep,if you are the emotional/sensitive kinda guy,just tell yourself to move on with life.if you wanna show your mum and express to your girl how you feel too, seriously just leave home.m-i-a and write a letter? so that she knows how much you wanna speak up for yourself.if not the rest of the options wont really make your mum understand your desperate need for her attention unless you can think of one. goodluck tho!

its not having the guts because i have been brought up to listen to orders, if not, there are consequences. that is why i have a clean record. however, their over possessive acts restrict me and make life difficult for me. they can step over me but i m trying my best. i feel suicidal so i m voicing it out, definitely better than those who juz kill emselves without help aint it?

i m very sane now n i do not need pity. i juz need solutions other than suicide. contemplation is not equilvalent to needing pity. i do not need comfort.

comfort can bring me solace, but can never be the solution. sound enough? i m totally sane in evaluating how my situation is.

i never ever tried the hard way to let her know. i usually use the soft way. i have left home to let her worry but that will cause more insecurity and mind you my pocket money comes from her!

i believe in respecting my elders but i will have to talk things out. somehow, talking juz doesnt work!

You need to take the first step out and now is a good time to plan where to go during Feb - Apr.

If no money can try to borrow from your frens / gf / siblings. Shouldn't be a problem.

Your in control of your own life, sometimes you just need to go against ppl for whats best for you, you know yourself best.
