<Precious> SG CASE has no power/authority to make judgments like a cour of law can. It is merely a voluntary watchbody for consumers. It can try to be the middle person to try to reconcile the interests of both the complaining consumer and the defending business operator.... Moreover, reconcilliation must be voluntarily agreed by both parties as CASE has no authority to force any party to comply with anything..... The facts of your case would give you a civil cause of action of misrepresentation in a court of law but given the cost involved in your case, this is outta the question. CASE may be able to help but it's painstakingly lengthy and frustrating. Since it's only about a hundred bucks, I would think it better and wiser for you to just move on with your life.
