Yea, it is big time savings, last time my dear's bill up to
400++ and mine around 200++...now he calls me most of the time but
bill only 100++ 
can get at those phone shops, just ask them for Phoenix calling
card, say you wan to call to Malaysia. I think those money changers
got sell also.
