My personal sentiment here is not so much of 'age'. It's the
maturity level of how one in handling a situation like this. Ever
heard of action and reaction?
We have all been through that stages of teen too, so spare me on
that. If you really want to debate on that then at 19 in this era
should be very mature in thinking already if one can shoulder the
responsibility of being a moderator in the sex column.
