Why does BNDEP have so many spare BSEP DDs, when HGDEP has only
3? SBS3466X, SBS3487K, SBS3503Y
Are large number of those BNDEP buses are buses that are
involved in the rollout of the new DDU, they move around the
depots, and are currently on 5, as Sv 5 perm buses go for their DDU
installation this week.
