maybe they forget about it initially and do the transfer in the
system (while the bus is still undergo repair?), and then revert
(undo) the transfer..
the transfer count is 0...
Not sure whether anyone saw it on service.
Another way is to see whether the bus has the new full red SMRT
logos, if it has then it was transferred over to Tower before being
transferred back to SMRT. This is because SMRT only removed the old
logo on the day of transfer right before handing over to Tower.
