The temp might be above 20 degree, but sometimes you do get
chilling winds and the thermometer doesn't reflect that. Jackets
are readily available anywhere.
Mmh but I do not think we should compare this to the natural
disasters. People here have a choice whether or not to wear that
jacket... if you have it, use it. Unless you build a dam or change
the drainage system, or even the whole river outage, I would find
it hard to prevent natural disasters like floods. Here they just
need to say, ok you guys can wear your own jacket...
Don't tell me about the tsunami, I was there in Feb to help out at
Phi Phi Island when all you people are probably avoiding due to
''bad luck'' and superstitious beliefs.
