how about inviting the parents to the party? let the parents hang about her friends to let them know what kind of company their daughter she is in. on her part, she has to slowly talk to her parents. she will one day get married and move away from her parents. dont tell me the guy has to marry into her family if the parents object to her leaving them and moving out.

Agreed. If they are not the outside people, can get friends to visit them instead and have a chat with them. Slowly find out more and understand why her parents still put a curfew on her even if she is 27.

Do they trust her? They are overprotective? Or something happened between them in the past? There are many factors and getting them to talk about it is one way to understanding and seeing a bigger picture.

I believe what Huiz is trying to say is to let the parents see the company their daughter is with and to gain their trust. Maybe her message is not that clear to you but the bottomline is to know what is the reason for the curfew and what are some of the possible options to go about it.

No one is right or wrong, heck I dun even consider mine to be correct by many levels, but we are all here to give as many views and options as we possibly can. In the end its how the people involved who choose what is the best option to do. Maybe there is already one and its being implemented as we read.

Perhaps her parents dun wan their daughter to get into trouble. It would be heartbreaking for her parents to realise that somthing real bad happen to their daughter. Worse, she would be traumatise by the incident.
