Well, as a project leader, you need to motivate and drive the
team. Based on what you described, you will probably have to tell
your team mates what need to be done, and ensure the tasks are
completed.
As for Yiyi, just make it clear that you will listen to her
suggestions (and really listen, not say-say), then implement some
of her ideas to complement your plan.
Then, it's a matter of delegation.
In other words, be objective about the whole thing. Most
importantly, have fun, otherwise, might as well don't do it.
