** Please note there was 16 min time difference between bus in
front and back. Subsequent bus on iris was 11 and 14 min.
** Loading very high in CBP - Simei area; loading also quite
good between Simei and Tampines towns (may not be DD worthy but
still decent load with standees)
** Order of buses that I spotted: SD --> SD --> SD -->
DD --> SD (this bus bunched with the DD in front) --> DD
--> SD --> DD (the bus I was
onboard)--> SD --> SD --> SD
** Except for one case, observed almost no bunching
** New bus stops spotted on both sides of road of One @
Changi
** Ideal fleet: 11 buses (5 DDs, 6 SDs)... all DDs should be S
shift.. full SD fleet on weekends/PH
20 need to boost their peak hour frequencies to an average of 6
mins per bus so that Single deckers is still relevant..Sometimes
waiting times can be over 12 mins due to traffic conditions and
after the front SD has taken all the loads,There will be DD and SD
within 2 mins apart.Off peak is justified with single deckers not
to mention Weekends..
