254/255/257 loads can easily cross 100 pax.. Why no BSEP yet or even fleet add from SBST side... Totally ignore the JIS area.

TBH I don't think sv 66 and 67 have much competition along Little India - Bukit Timah stretch... Every time I board 66/67 at Botanic Gardens or somewhere else along Bt Timah Rd at night, both services are always packed, but actually not so many people alight in Bukit Timah. Seems that only when the buses reach Bukit Timah Plaza or somewhere further are the people starting to alight, but from there 66 and 67 have different routes already. Those heading towards Bukit Batok will not take 67 and those towards CCK will not take 66, so not much relief. Anyway we may not even need these 2 services anymore after completion of DTL..

67 go my house. i take few time and has pack load for long stretch. i see many alight at rochor, little india mrt. also many board there and alight at botanic garden, coronation plaza, bef clementi road stop. here i think 66 can help.

I wish 961 have DDs, peak hour can get crowded. Got pax take from BTM all the way to Woodlands or Bt Timah.

If Lor 1 starts tree pruning and chopping then we will see 961,980 & 985 getting few DDs..

Wow... that's like mass deployment of DDs to sv 66... that too starting on a public holiday :)

It's a great move.. and good competition and relief to sv 67 along Little India - Bukit Timah stretch.

Maybe many foreign workers took it to little India on weekends. For weekend, there are lot of spare DD so can deploy more. Same case as bendies on sv980 on weekend previously. Anyone saw DD on sv66 on mon n tue?

1 SD --> 1 DD slot conversion.

Svc 197 SBS2615P replacement is not SBS3880H. No upgrade.

Eh, chill leh bro. It'll happen sooner or later. Why the impatience? Will you world die if Sv 39 doesn't have DDs next week? It doesn't help with the image you're giving others here on this forum, seriously.

It's not like SMRT is putting alot of DDs on Yishun svcs too. Only Sv 857 has gotten it so far. It'll happen sooner or later for Sv 39 after the Striders go off. Just wait and see yeah. Especially after 16 May.

3 only or maybe 4, cos 7491 is also on sv145 this week...

they have to train the BCs to drove the DDs.. and do you think the BCs are really very free to go learn DDs? they cant spare much time also esp when they still have to drive daily...those A/P shift drivers, can only maybe spare 1 hours to learn daily? imagine u start shift at 5am and drive till 2-3pm and then ask u go learn drive the DDs? u not tired meh?

so it will take time to the BCs to get ready and SBST will slowly deploy more DDs. tat is also why sv190/972/969 etc also slowly adding DDs each month...
