254/255/257 loads can easily cross 100 pax.. Why no BSEP yet or even fleet add from SBST side... Totally ignore the JIS area.

Given the loading, like I had expected... sv 857 gets another SD --> DD conversion... now almost 50% DD fleet...

Also 857A slots are SD... so now all 857 DDs do the full route to Suntec and back.

Are you saying that the Sv 857A slots now are SDs or it has been this case for some time? Because occasionally in the past 2 months, I do see Enviros appearing on Sv 857A during AM Peak.

Recently, haven't noticed 857A to have DDs (but again I don't observe this area everyday, just know that 857A has rigids as perms and not DDs)... 1-2 months back you consistently had 1 or 2 DDs plying on 857 and the deployment was messy because it would follow a 857 rigid in 3-4 mins - so really didn't make sense.

Faster introduce 27M and then cut some buses out of 27 and give them to services like 64 and 85 to improve freq. 27M: 10 buses, 5 DDs, 5 SDs. 4 A/P 1 S 1 t enough.

From what I have heard, 857 will be getting full fleet DDs in the future whereas AMDEP slots can be converted to DDs after its modification later.

That can only be possible when more DD orders are placed. For now, I keep wondering how did services like 857 and 966 survive with full fleet SD in past.. when the DDs now are carrying 100+ pax in peak hours...

I think more people might choose 857 and 966 in future once they trust these services

That's too many buses for 27M. But hell yeah... 27M is a good idea and have been lobbying for it for quite some time...

27 can have 18 buses... and 27M can have full fleet of 10 DDs. Still cut 04 buses.

Last time 964 got BSEP DD, SMRT downgrade bendy >> SD. Hope this time around it doesn't do the same.

Eventually I think 964 may lose its bendies to feeders/intra-towns and get DDs from SMRT side, once enough DDs are around.

856 seriously needs more SD --> DD conversion. 857 received one, think it's time for 856.

There are 3 SP DDs in WPDEP... It should be either for 856 or 969.

969 recently lost some of its bendy from AMDEP and may have got upgraded to DD on WPDEP side. Just my feeling.

Either way I think these 3 should go either to 856 or 969 this round.

As I was travelling to Woodlands, I saw a E500 on 964. But then when I queue for 902, all buses that came is bendy with quite good frequency...

So far since I worked in Woodlands, 902 load is damn good.. Full load of buses and also supplement Svc 169... Why not make 902 stop inside RP instead huh?

It will get extended to Tampines North in future. Actually 902 can be converted into full day feeder under BSEP given WDL Ave 9 has many new HDBs and 858/169 are not able to cope with the peak hour load. As more industrial buildings and HDBs open along ave 9... loading will only increase... so this is my proposal.

Capacity Downgrade: sv 300 lost one bendy.. now operating with 9 bendies instead of 10.

Capacity Upgrade: sv 812 suddenly has been high focus service, with fleet of 11 buses from 6 buses... so almost 5 buses have been added in last 3-4 months.
