It's a good scenario
here, that DD is not always useful for 169. This happens a few
times, even without RP students boarding. So they should focus more
on balancing the right fleet. Plus, it's off peak,
I believe bendy buses would be better. Just leave the peak hours to
the DD.
For 902, it's better
for the service to run at an hour interval after 10am(i.e. 1040
1050 1055, 1240, 1250, 1255 etc.) to match the class timing. 169
commuters also find it hard to board during certain hours in the
afternoon.
How to compare 902 with
72B when the distance is different? I believe for 72B, ITE students
will usually head up due to the stopover at NYP.
