Why not the locals join the bus industries then?
Giving them English lesson + test..all these need $$...are you
willing to pay more?? You don't get good quality stuff by paying
cheap cheap though..
Got to give and take on this. Those commuters who eat kan tan
one must make their effort to look at the street directory/bus info
posted at the bus stop and see wat buses go to which area. If those
china drivers know english, they will not choose to work as bus
captain in singapore
