7561 jerk as in the whole bus vibrates while accelerating/moving

3146 also like that. when accelerate, the whole bus vibrates
& some more starting very slow
While accelerating, you'll feel it jerk forward many times...
Take it for example, the jerk while changing gear for a manual
gearbox... Yes, 7561C feels like this, but in a way of more than 20
times of 'gearshift', which means jerking multi-times to try to get
into comfortable speed of ard 45-60km/h from every single stop...
However, same problem also occurs on upslope & downslope...
