With the Bukit Panjang MRT station coming up, I foresee some route changes in CCK to better connect certain areas to Bukit Panjang MRT. Teck Whye Ave has 975 and 190 to Bukit Panjang, while Choa Chu Kang Way has 67 as well as the LRT. However, the western side of CCK unserved by the LRT as well as Yew Tee up north have no direct connection to Bukit Panjang. Thus, I propose the following new routes:

*I have previously suggested a route between CCK/Yew Tee/BPJ and Punggol/Sengkang that provides a similar connection between Yew Tee and BPJ, but a short feeder or trunk route like this one is more likely under LTA's so-called hub and spoke transport model.

I dont think Tuas and Joo Koon will go beyond western areas.Boon Lay to Hougang better once Joo Koon is ready..171 Yishun-Choa Chu Kang seems a better route..
Bukit Panjang can introduce a new express service to Marina Bay passing Orchard.

You want one more service from BPJ via Orchard... already have 190, 700, 972... Definitely not needed... what is needed is more high capacity buses on each of these services. I would also advocate extending 972 to CCK Interchange so that it acts as an option for BPJ Ring road people to CCK.

as there can be very terrible traffic jams along PIE and Stevens Rd stretching for kilometres; would it be good idea to divert eg sv 190/700 onto Bt Timah Rd or even Ulu Pandan Rd? skip the bus-stops along Stevens Rd is better than delaying the entire route.
nowadays the OCC can just give instruction to the bus captains if need to divert.

Nice... But I think you should have it as a Townlink, not a feeder, unless you let it bypass Sengkang Int from its first loop to get to the second loop then end trip at the interchange...

I think it is useless to have this service. 83 can be edited to ply Compassalve Crescent by adding 1 bus. Bus run time will increase max by 2-3 mins. On the south loop, you have bus stops on each side from where you can get 80, 87, 162 to MRT. Route is absolutely redundant with very little patronage.

Hi. I would like to propose a new bus route at Jurong West (Yunnan), to serve places that have either weak bus connection at this moment, or there is a sustainable demand for such bus connections (but such connections is unavailable). This shall be a trunk bus service. It loops at Jurong West Street 92.

I agree Jurong West St 93 residents need a bus service but your route defeats the purpose. To Pioneer, they can also choose to walk, while some would prefer bus. But not connecting it directly to Boon Lay, you lose out on all the pax who want to go to Boon Lay -mall, services, bus interchange. 241/242/243 do not need an alternative, they are managing load very well. So let's focus on st 93 residents who need service to Boon Lay.

How about it skips Pioneer and goes directly via Boon Lay Way to Boon Lay Interchange. Pioneer MRT is anyway walking distance and the round about Pioneer is a little unecessary. People will reach Boon Lay MRT in 2 mins more. Also need to consider Pioneer MRT stop does not have more capacity to take new buses.

Well, if this Feeder bus route skips Jurong West Street 63 (Pioneer MRT Station) and goes to Jurong West Street 93 directly via Boon Lay Way, the length will be reduced to 5.9-kilometres.
