i totally understand ur pain, cos i hav a family member suffering
frm severe depression. so mine case is definitely worse than
urs.
my advice is, mani times we cant understand y they think tt way or
y they behave in such a manner. even though they shared with u
their agony, u cant fully understand as u aint going through wat
they r going through.
at 1 moment they may heed ur advice n the very next second, they
fall back into depression.
try 2 be more supportive and understanding and most of all
FORGIVING towards them. they reali need some1 to care 4 them.
it will be long and tiring for u cos depression is a long
war.
sometimes i will be angry and upset and feel lik its hopeless, feel
tt it cant be cure n i cant help e person any more. but luking at e
bright side, depression is nt insanity.
imagine when u need company most and yet ppl around u are leaving u
or avoiding u. it gotta hurt, especially 4 those in
depression.
maybe u can share ur own tough experiences wif them, which at e same
time oso comforting urself?
stay by her cos she need u.
