Kids are great! Still the issue lies with the adult.
Some adults may love kids but is incapable of raising them thus
resulting in neglect and deliquency.
It is a huge responsibility to have children. Nurturing and
mentoring children is a very involved process. But do it right, you
will find that you will have kids that are happy, proactive,
respectful, independent and loving.
If an adult cannot invest the time and resource to the child, then
don't bother having kids.
