Unless the order of A95s come in faster..961 cannot be fully
Amdep.Wldep have to give another 5 duty more(last 3 buses to Lor 1)
to Amdep.LTA should just upgrade the Lavender Coach park to bus
park for SMRT buses and with Mandai due in 2019,Amdep can close
shop or let SBST Amdep takeover for expansion.

Not enough DDs ordered to meet needs of so many services. Only
after SMRT orders more, can we expect other services to get.
For now, SMRT fulfilling need for 106, 176, 188, 190, 857, 963
will only take almost all of its DDs.
Sad but true.
I hope SMRT also deploys on 851, 854 but unlikely given they do
not have that many DDs.
