Give them time to answer...
Its quite interesting to see that they maintain a rather
turnaround for a FB page.
But I personally doubtful that they would respond quickly on a
sustainable basis.
I think the bad publicity SMRT is getting outside of Facebook
over their replies to comments may have forced them to
rethink their entire approach.
But to sustain for three weeks is already quite an achievement.
Burnout is inevitable
