hmm.
Let me stay away from what most of them have said, and take on a
practical view.
If you have been doing something for a long time, say 1 year,
almost every day. And then one day you just stop doing it.
Initially the shock will be great, but as time passes by, other
matters catches your attention, and you learn to 'shift' your
'timetable' again.
Eventually, what you have are but memories.
It happens for friends, it happens for love.
Some people who are more responsive to changes will cope with the
loss better, while others may take a longer time, comparing the two
extremes, 1 day to the rest of your life.
Especially when that 1 year is a time of many happy moments. We
become trapped in the past, not moving on, only thinking and
recalling about that past year in which we had...
But do not forget, Golden moments do not stay forever. They're
meant to boost you up in times of sadness, and meant as a
motivational force to live our lives...
People, do not live in the past... Continue to walk foward, a step
at a time.
*guess i rambled again and lost myself somewhere in the middle*
