Ok so i was mistaken. I guess, you have to work up your customer
serving skills then. Customers are quite easy to handle actually,
(i worked as a customer service person myself before) you have to
smile and speak in a certain degree of respect and not trying to be
a fake person putting on a bloody fake smile.
But so as to say, a good service provider has to be trained for
sure. But if you really is having a problem with customers, and
really not enjoying your job. I guess you have to speak to your
supervisor for a different job without having to handle rude
customer.
Hope i wasn't mistaken again.
