SINGAPORE: Three people were injured in an accident involving
an SBS Transit bus along Tampines Avenue 1.
A passenger, Franco So, said the accident took place around 11.30pm
on Friday.
He said the bus was making a turn but "did not slow down enough,
hence it could not complete the turn properly".
It mounted a kerb before hitting a traffic light, shattering a
window in the process.
Transport operator SBS Transit said the bus captain and two
passengers who were injured received outpatient treatment.
The company apologised to affected passengers and said it is
investigating the cause of the accident.
