its my brother's wedding dinner......i was there to help out.
in the ballroom, b4 ppl come, i saw a waitress who ask me for drinks was quite chio. she smiled at me.
kinda noticed her during the whole dinner, she was actually glancing at me and smile.
was tinking whether if the girl got intention to be frd, would she initiate?

btw, not to say anything, but i think it is her duty to look around to see if guests need anything.. maybe your table is part of her responsibilities?

and one thing taught to the service industry is that when someone looks you in the eye, smile back... it gives the guest a feeling that he/she is welcome and it is the pleasure of the establishment to serve...

maybe you see too much into her reactions because you were attracted to her?

What's wrong with that? It's a happy occasion and you just want to be friendly to people at such event.

Next time, say hi or say something to catch her attention. Eg. when she serves, joke with her a little bit. Girls like guys who can joke and make them laugh.

But then again, you can only do so... next time, when you see a pretty waitress.
