Yeah i know its easier said then done, but no harm approaching to
say hi, ya know. Chances are she wont reject you or anything,
unless your replusive or some shit like that.
I would think it be a lot easier than approaching someone across
the train to say hi.
Dont expect females to initiate, only on really rare occasions, or
older gals (25++?). I guess older gals tend to be more jaded.
