You can continue to love her,but be always aware of the true fact that she may not love you in return, is this what you want??? If it is,then you may continue to do so,but be warned that it's best you forget about her as the chances of you going with her are quite remote and no use dreaming about it.This may sound a bit harsh, but this is the real world, I used to have your thinking, but after all these years, i realise i was too gullible that time when it came to matters of the heart,hehehe Very Happy

You can always continue loving the girl if you feel that she really is the one ... Sometimes ... Miracles might happen ... as for me ... 6 months ago i met her ... we didn't know each other, but i felt she was the one for me ... a month later, i knew her and another one month later, i told her i love her due to some circumstances ... she didn't say anything ... and now, 1 month ago ... she said she likes me ... but we're still not together now due to alot of problems which i decline to mention ... but just to prove to you ... sometimes persistantence works Smile ... i only chat to her in icq/irc ...

Thanks. But something strange happened. She is totally ignoring me. I sent her gifts from time to time, still nothing, not even a thank you, nor a "don't do that". The only conclusion I can arrive at is she's really determined to make me forget her. And I know she's not the kind who can be swayed. I hope I can forget her totally, because it hurts when I see her or when I hear her name.

Don't worry,i used to experience something similar to you,but today i am still alive and almost forgotten about her liaoz,so i know you are sure to forget her and your memory of her will grow dimmer with each passing year until even the mention of her name does nothing to you,hehehe Very Happy

It is really depressing to see that one’s feelings have to be put to sleep, literally and figuratively. I thot feelings were something precious. Hate to have to suppress it and even kill it.

It's good that both of u are good frensfirst at least get to know her a lot more, before u really think if she really suits u.

Normally, pple will hide an ugly side of themselves to their frens, esp of the opposite gender. It's one side that will normally piss u off, and u never tot that this person is actually like this or have this habit. It's the time when such negative traits unveal, u will feel that there is a change in the character of the person that u think u know.

So I really hope that u maintain a strong friendship first. Remember always be there when she need some comfort.

Pple takes a long time before they know that person who cares for them most is those who are already by their side. Furthermore, it's a good test to see if u really like her. To ensure that it's true that exist in u.

Well … Since you yourself said she isn’t easily swayed, it looks like you have no choice but to look for another girl … if not giving yourself a period of rest for a while … i mean … you gave her presents and everything … the last thing you could do is to call her up and ask her if she really wants you to forget her… since you’ve done all the rest … why not do this ?
