hahaha eh feng, u wan to pay cheaper go do ureself lor.... go
LTA get the pink form from the counter on 2nd floor then let the
old owner sign get his IC and the bike log card or book then get
the insurance go back 2nd floor pay 20 plus for transfer lor.
P/s: not very sure is the price same for all classes of bike.
