nope, you cant.
if i'm not wrong (if i am and someone knows better welcome to
correct me), its true that kevlar is basically made of fabric, but
it is highly densitive woven fabric. as such, cutting thru a thin
piece of kevlar is the same as cutting, for example, a shirt that
is hundreds of pieces of cloth thick.
it all depends on how dense the kevlar is. at its most dense, it is
hard, and that is used to make the army helmets, that no longer
feels like fabric but rather like solid. the bulletproof vest is
less dense, hence feels like very thick shirt. and the racing suits
are less dense, to make it more flexible, and anyway heh heh dont
tear when buang can already in gp nobody shoot pistol at u!
anyway, no you cant find kevlar at army surplus shops in beach
road. kevlar is supplied straight to industries requiring their
use. hence u need one good lobang at industries using them. best
bet is places like S'pore Technologies labs as sakaratulz
mentioned.
