Well... I heard of this cases from other reputable agents
too...
Although authorised dealers do have their fair share of
complaints when it comes to housekeeping matters, since for
worried99 and vivtan, their bids for this round has ended...what's
done cannot be undone....
The only way is to wait and keep in close contact with their SE
so that they can secure their car by the next few bids...If not,
it's not too late to call the service centre or
CASE to complain...
For your info.. I have come across a relative who got the
car by the 5th bid... Imagine how long the person had to
wait...Somemore , the COE was pretty unattractive....
no lah his case is a little different from just now bidding.
the agent called him to say that they have bidded when they
didn't. If I'm not wrong normally the contract is for bidding for x
number of times. by telling him that they have bidded once, it
means they are telling him he only have x-1 times left and they
have actually bidded for one of the times he paid for.
in a sense they sold him a service that did not perform but
claimed they did. sounds like fruad to me.........
