u must finish paying the whole bike than can go insurance
company transfer owner.other wise u have to go through the bike
shop to do the reloan.
UNDER 21 also can be OWNER condition u must pay full cash
BUT under 21 buy insurance more expensive =D so age does matter for
buying insurance
