There are some issues here... one is the points aka EP. It's just an electronic point system, means if SE collapses, all is zero. It's not even of monetary value to begin with, just a point system for you to use to "buy" stuff on their Emall.

Second is monetary payout, I wonder what is the payout now? And had everyone recovered their initial capital?

Third, is the most basic question, where does this monetary payout come from? Before the properties start selling.

If the projects are true or fake is another case altogether.

i dont know, but discussing behaviour of agents or defenders are also a part of the topic, which has been the case here

since a lot of forumers do have contacts with agents and report what they do or behave here

i am not sure why you wish to make personal attacks and coming after me, but my advice is, if you wish to do these things, please go elsewhere and do not divert the topic from the issues at hand

been so busy, The CAD investigation is really making things so inconvienient,

Anyway i have news that CAD have only a 6 months investigation time,

March 28 will be the final verdict.

Chris, care to answer some of my questions?

1) Before the properties start selling, where did SE's income to give us monetary payout come from?

2) Is it true SE can't payout anymore, but can still accept payments going in? Care to elaborate with your expertise in banking? I'm from sales line too, btw.

3) Why is that EPV's project designs keep changing? That's very unprofessional of them.

4) Why does the melaka theme park promo video show the wrong site? Care to explain?

5) Why doesn't SE show it's balance sheets, financial statements, statistical reports just like other normal private investment based companies?
