If the house only got the guy and the girl only and he rapes her
with a condom, where is the girl going to get the evidence that he
raped her? There isn't even any eyewitness.
Even if he rape with a condom, he can say that she was willing
to have sex with him. After sex, she asked him for money and he is
not willing to give her so she go and make false police report that
he raped her to get him into trouble.
But in the first place no chio bu will be dumb enough to rent a
house with a stranger guy and just the 2 of them stay together in
the house.
